Chesson Media LLC, doing business as Chesson Revenue Systems (“Chesson,” “we,” “us”), is based in Brandon, Florida. This policy describes what we collect on chessonrevenue.com, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
If you submit a form on this site, including the apply form or the checklist form, we may collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name, the service you offer, and monthly revenue range
- Website URL, when that field is shown
- Answers to short qualifier questions on a booking funnel
- Whether you agreed to this policy and whether you opted in to updates
After you submit, you can book a strategy call. Calendly LLC then collects the name, email, phone, and any other details you enter on that scheduler. See Calendly’s privacy policy.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or precise location on this website.
We use the Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel tracking, and cookies to measure advertising and site use. GoHighLevel tracking loads on every page. On the apply, book, confirmed, and checklist pages, the Meta Pixel may load so we can measure ad results. On the rest of the site, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only if you accept extra cookies. See our Cookie Policy.

- To provide services if you become a client
- To send The Meta Ads Testing Checklist you requested on /checklist
- To send optional updates, only if you opt in

- To measure site use and ad performance, including the Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel tracking, and cookies used for advertising
Who we share it with
We share form details with service providers that help us run the business: our CRM (GoHighLevel contacts API and inbound webhooks), scheduling (Calendly), and form delivery (Google Forms on some pages). If you book a call, those details go to Calendly LLC. We do not sell your information.
Third parties that may receive data:
- GoHighLevel, so we can save checklist leads, UTMs, and prepare for your call
- Calendly LLC for scheduling
- Google LLC for form delivery, and Analytics if you accept it on the main site
- Meta Platforms, Inc. for the Meta Pixel and advertising measurement
Emails and unsubscribe
Replies about a call you booked are service messages, not marketing. If we send optional updates, every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You can also use our unsubscribe page or email support@chessonrevenue.com with the subject “Unsubscribe.”
Access and deletion
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Use the data request page or email support@chessonrevenue.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the email address we should look up. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep records we are legally required to keep.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to run the engagement. Cookie consent is stored in your browser until you clear it or change it.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
