These terms govern this website and any work you hire Chesson Media LLC (“Chesson Revenue Systems”) to do. If you do not agree, do not use the site or hire us.

This site is information about our services. Submitting the form is a request to talk, not a paid order. We will follow up using the contact details you provide.
Services
We offer Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), search engine optimization, and web development. Scope, timeline, and price are agreed in writing before paid work starts.
Fees
There are no hidden fees on this site and no prices that change at checkout. You will see our agency fee and any recommended ad spend before you pay us. Ad spend is paid to Meta, not kept as a surprise markup. We do not charge setup fees that were not in the written agreement.
Lead guarantee
The “10 qualified leads in 30 days or you don’t pay our fee” offer applies only to new paid advertising clients who meet the conditions in our Refund Policy. It does not apply to SEO or web development. SEO rankings and revenue results are not guaranteed.
Accounts and materials
You own your ad accounts, analytics, domain, and site content. You are responsible for providing timely access, truthful business information, and approvals we need to do the work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Florida law, Chesson is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability for a project is limited to the agency fees you paid us for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
